Though this study is based on the Bible’s historical account of a man named Joseph, these chapters in Genesis are built upon the promises of a God who cannot lie, teaching us that whatever the Lord says He will do, He always does. He is not a God who is merely in control of every impossible circumstance we face. He is a God who is purposeful in His sovereignty. He orchestrates. He authors. He ordains. He is a God who causes and intends. He is a God who is purposing GOOD! Truly knowing and trusting this purposeful God of the Bible changes the way we think and live!
